Deposits required to confirm date & booking: $1500 per hunter and $500 per observer.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be rolled over to a future safari.
Wounded animals to be paid for as per trophy price list.
Safari to be paid in full upon completion of hunt.
All payments to be made by wire transfers, cash, and traveler’s cheques.
There is no refund on package trophies that were wounded or shot at, animal will only be refunded if the hunter was not given an opportunity – the trophy will then be refunded at a 20% reduced rate.
Due to extreme fluctuation of exchange rates, all contracted costs (including daily rates, trophy fees and written costs) are subject to change should the US$ to SA Rand currency buying rates of First National Bank, South Africa fluctuate below SA R10.00 to US $1.00.

Additional trophies and hunting days can be added onto packages.
All reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good health of clients will be taken. However, no liability will be accepted for injury, loss or illness before, during and after the safari.
Clients are required to read and sign our indemnity form prior to the commencement of the safari.
